We’re very excited to introduce you to our 2018 Limited Edition Series. We’re calling it Gatski Galaxy. We will be creating one new 8″ square wall tile each month, with a celestial theme. You can collect several, or all of these tiles. We will be creating just 25 of each one, and they will be signed and numbered on the back.
May’s moon is called the Flower Moon. And, we thought what a perfect way to honor this glorious month blooms with a Moon Flower! I remember watching them open in my Mothers garden in the evenings. They are beautiful!

Deer Head
ArchivedWe created this Deer Head sculpture with reclaimed metal. The antlers start out as flat pieces of rusty metal. We hand hammer them into shape and ground smooth. We then hand draw the head pattern on the metal with soapstone and cut it with a hand held plasma cutter. Next we weld the shapes together to form the head. Finally we mount the head on a recycled corn planter disk.
The metal is sealed with a water-based enamel. This piece can be hung inside or out. Each head will have subtle variations. We cut them by hand and each piece of metal has slight color differences. This head can easily be hung with a nail or screw. Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. If outdoors, you can maintain a shiny metal look [entirely optional] by applying a clear metal enamel, available in a spray can at your local hardware store. Size: 18”h x 26”w x 13”dCricket
ArchivedThis piece was handmade by Ben Gatski in Pennsylvania. The metal we used is from weathered steel. We hand draw the pattern on the metal with soapstone and cut it with a hand held plasma cutter. We then hand hammer and weld it into shape. The blue was hand painted with milk paint.
